Diversity
Rationale: There are so many reasons that make each person unique. These include: race, culture, ethnicity, language, social background, disabilities/abilities, learning styles, and so much more. I believe that it is my job to make my classroom a safe and inclusive space. We can achieve this by studying different cultures and appreciating our differences.
